my very first movie ever was “Wolf” starring Jack Nicholson, Michelle Pfeiffer, and James Spader.
I'm a total fan of the 80s and wish I lived in that decade

Oh, you said you liked The Crow a lot. Have you seen Dark City before? It's from 1998.
No i haven't seen dark city yet but since Mr. Mayagi is in it i totally want to his wax on/ wax off move jk ha

i did notice that when i looked it up. Even kiefer sutherland is in the movie. He did a fantastic job playing Ace in Stand By Me.

I didn't know the rainbow part either. I thought it was just Rain 
I guess I knew he had his one younger brother, and younger sister. I didn't know there were anymore than Rain and Leaf. I remember reading some article in a magazine at the library I worked at for 3 years in Superior, WI (they had stuff back into the eighties you could look through). So, that's how I found out about the hippy names. I just didn't know he had more siblings than that. THey had a bunch of his movies there. My older sister got me into his stuff when she suggested My Own Private Idaho to me...when I was in like 8th grade, because I was really into Shakespeare and liked the Pogues a lot.
Woah that must've been a nice library to have his films. It's unfortunate because it seems that nowadays nobody knows of River Phoenix. It's as if he never existed and that gets me irritated at times. I just don't understand how someone that amazing can be forgotten. Your sister sounds awesome!
